London & Manchester Appointments:
All appointments made are subject to a £50 deposit payable at the time of making the appointment. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing to New Ways Clinic of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is provided and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.

2 or more Appointments:
If 2 or more people would like to make an appointment for the stop smoking treatment, a £50.00 deposit is required per person. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing to New Ways Clinic of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is provided and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.

Mobile Treatments:
We require a £50.00 deposit per person for mobile treatments. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing to New Ways Clinic of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is provide and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.

Free Second Smoking Treatment
Should you required a second treatment this will be provided free of charge within a 30 day period. Should you fail to attend a free of charge appointment then a charge of £195.00 per session will be payable for any further treatment sessions and/or New Ways Clinic reserves the right to refuse you any further treatment. Should you require treatment after 30 days, sessions are charged at £195.00 per session and prepayment is required.

Consultations
A fee of £125.00 is payable in advance to arrange a consultation, which is refunded against any future treatment program. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing to New Ways Clinic of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is provided and the appointment is missed the consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Alcohol Detox Treatments:
We require a minimum £200.00 deposit per person for all Alcohol treatments. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing to New Ways Clinic of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is provided and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.

Rapid Drug Treatments:
We require a £400.00 deposit for all Drug Detox treatments. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing to New Ways Clinic of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is provided and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.

Alcohol & Drug Top Up Treatments
Should you wish to have any further treatment sessions these will be charged at the current treatment rates.

Appointments & Missed Appointments
Appointments are made for consecutive days at the agreed times. Appointment times may be subject to change and will be agreed daily if any changes are required. If clients are late for an appointment this will be deducted from their treatment time. If appointments are missed they will be deducted from the course of treatment and New Ways Clinic is under no obligation to offer or provide alternative days in lieu.

Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing to New Ways Clinic of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is provided and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.

Unused Treatment Sessions
If any clients fails to complete their course of treatment, there will be no refunds issued for the unused treatment sessions.

Guarantee
No addiction treatment facility are able to offer individual assurances or personal guarantees as any treatment carries an element of risk and individual responsibilities and experiences may vary.
